This Talk was conducted on November 1, 2021. The objectives of this talk were to discuss and share the experiences of post-Covid-19 status, the challenges faced by journalists during this, how the journalists can overcome these challenges, and to know the present scenario of Covid-19 and how to cope with it. 

Sher Bahadur Pun, Chief of the Clinical Research Unit at Sukraraj Tropical & Infectious Disease Hospital, was the keynote speaker for this event. He shared his experience of his post-Covid situation and the associated symptoms. The main points covered in this Talk include the discussion of double dose vaccinations and booster shots, the importance of a holistic approach for post-Covid situations, and the importance of counseling to keep psychological health in check post-Covid.
